• Allergies to be declared to reception on registration

• Cancellation policies will be available and confirmed at the booking stage.               

• Please store all valuables in the room safe's provided, please hand the safe into reception. Otherwise, any valuables left - are at the owners own risk.

• Children must be supervised, by an accompanying adult at all times.

• Children must be supervised at all times in the pool area, by an accompanying adult.

• Please note - no diving into the pool.

• Alcohol sold at the lodge to over 18's only and payment by cash. If supplying your own alcohol corkage fees apply.

• We use Starlink WiFi, so mobile signal strength is good at the main lodge.

• No Smoking policy in all buildings.

• Please hand in all Firearms on arrival, we will safely store them in our gun cabinet and return them to you, on your departure.

• Please book any activities you wish to participate in, at reception. Cash payment only.

• We do not advise our guests to venture out into the bush by themselves, as wild and venomous animals do roam freely within our 1000 hectares boundaries and it is common for our guest to get disorientated. For these safety reasons, all activities are guided.
